Native from the city of Oporto Manuel Couto, from much early desmonstrou taste and talent for the drawing and for the painting. Later, it frequented the Academy of Fashion Art and Techniques of Oporto, specializing in drawing of fashion.

Having created a new concept of more decorative painting, Manuel Couto signs newspaper commentaries lines in which there are the pseudonyms of A.Benvindo, Apolo, Rafael, these works that are spread by several points of the planet, being his talent recognized internationally.

I believe
which art is one of the mightiest forms of human expression... I tell to Myself the art in all his forms of expression, from the plastic and / or visual arts, up to the theater and the music.
